GTC (general terms and conditions)

• Please, pay the hotel bill in cash or by “EC Maestro” card. 
• The bill can also be paid in advance by bank transfer (in Euro). 
• Credit cards are accepted, provided that the fees are paid by the guest.
• The hotel bill shall be paid before departure.

Arrival/Departure 

• The rooms are ready on arrival day by 1.00 pm. 
• On departure day the rooms shall be vacated by 10.30 am. 
• Please inform us, if you arrive later than 6.00 pm.

Cancellation

• The reservation can be cancelled free of charge until 42 days before the arrival date.
• A cancellation fee of 50 % of the room price will be charged, if the reservation is cancelled from 41 days to 30 days before the arrival date. No cancellation fee will be charged, if the room can be rented to other guests.
• In case of a belated cancellation or of an early departure, 80% of the room price will be charged.
  No cancellation fee will be charged, if the room can be rented to other guests.
• We recommend you to subscribe to a travel cancellation insurance, which will protect you from the financial consequences of a cancellation for unpredictable reasons, such as illness or accident.
