Please pay the hotel bill in cash, with the EC Maestro card or credit card (VISA, Mastercard).
The invoice can be paid by bank transfer in Euros in advance.
The bill is to be paid no later than the day of departure.
Arrival / Departure
On the day of arrival, the hotel room is ready for occupancy from 1pm and the holiday apartment from 3pm.
On your departure day, the room must be vacated by 10.30am.
Please let us know if you intend to arrive after 6pm.
Cancellation Policy
It is a pity if a guest withdraws from the journey, has to postpone or has to leave prematurely. Therefore, please note that cancellations are only valid in writing.
Cancellations made up to 21 days before the date of arrival are free of charge. In the event of a possible cancellation or early departure, 80% of the room price will be taken care of.
There are no cancellation costs if the room can be rented to someone else.
We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance that protects you from financial consequences, if you can not start your booked trip due to illness or accident.
